The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage service, with a focus on fine dining and hospitality. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with POS systems and food safety standards is highly valued. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS or cashiering systems Assist with food preparation, sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Buss tables efficiently and assist with guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales revenue Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions is advantageous Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, or culinary experience is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours including nights; previous nightclub or nightlife service experience is beneficial Join our team as a Server where your hospitality skills will contribute directly to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
