Develop & Expand Relationships with Carriers to Support Customer Requirements Use Load Boards via DAT, Internet Truck Stop & Other Resources to Secure Equipment for all Available Loads Assigned to your Region Negotiate with Carriers & Clients Ensuring Maximum Profit (70% of Day) May be Asked to Bid Additional Business When Possible, Pre-plan Use of Carriers and Equipment Communicate Clear Expectations to the Carriers to Ensure Transit Times & On-Time Deliveries Generate New Leads & Identify Sales Opportunities Through Cold Calling & Prospecting Work with Logistics Coordinators to Determine Immediate & Future Carrier Needs Troubleshoot Issues with Carriers & Drivers as Needed Ensure Accurate Information is Maintained & Updated in
