We are seeking an experienced Global Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to oversee our US and UK warehouse. The responsibilities of the position include monitoring and managing the flow of inventory to and through the warehouse, working with 3PLs for everything from set up of the warehouse to tracking customer feedback, and supporting internal and external partners to ensure a successful E-commerce 3PL partnership. To be successful in the position you will be able to manage and optimize inventory transfer, be proficient in using WMS and ERPs, work well with outside partners, and have experience in managing a warehouse in another country. You will be supporting internal and external partners in optimizing and growing our international fulfillment. You should be comfortable in a fluid environment where priorities could shift often. The functions of this position demand consistency, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Areas of Responsibility:
Managing both inbound and outbound freight, ensuring that materials are ready for timely shipment, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting internal inventory management processes. Coordinating the transportation of goods across borders, managing import/export processes, customs clearance, and the necessary documentation such as bills of lading and customs declarations. Collaborating with external logistics partners to oversee warehouse operations, including setup, tracking customer feedback, and evaluating potential new partners. Monitoring and managing the flow of inventory to guarantee product availability, planning for replenishments, conducting inventory audits, and addressing discrepancies. Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency in logistics operations, reducing costs, optimizing resource stocking and utilization, and implementing best practices. Acting as a liaison between internal teams (sales, production, purchasing, shipping) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, customers) to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues. Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, safety standards, and company policies. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive logistics documentation, generating reports on supply chain performance, and analyzing data to pinpoint areas for improvement. May require some travel to international warehouses. Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management while working with 3PL for warehouse fulfilment services Experience stocking fulfilment from a manufacturing environment International container shipping experience required
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Warehouse management system (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g. MS Business Central) Understanding of program integrations (i.e. Shopify to WMS)
