Job Description

Supply Chain Planner Position Overview:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support supply readiness, material planning, and supply-and-demand coordination. This role works closely with customers, stakeholders, and operational teams to maintain balanced supply plans, support new product introductions, analyze supply chain information, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Planning & Balancing:
Regularly review supply chain plans and balance materials to ensure supply readiness and minimize potential disruptions.
Supply & Demand Management:
Coordinate supply and demand activities and communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
New Part Setup:
Coordinate and execute new part setups to support smooth integration into supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Operational Execution:
Provide direction and guidance to operational teams to support timely execution of supply chain plans.
Data Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, address issues, and support informed business decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities and implement improvements that increase efficiency, planning accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, production planning, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, and web-based business systems is preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Bills of Material (BOM) and planning requirements for new products. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Pay Transparency:
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $31.79/hour - $42.39/hour W-2.
