Role Overview As the Hardware Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, you are the operational engine of our primary AV hardware receiving hub (MB5). Your mission is to ingest high value freight shipments, maintain absolute database accuracy, and execute outbound shipments of discrete components to our assembly partners. You ensure our global supply chain flows seamlessly through the warehouse while serving as the logistical lifeline that feeds our Sunnyvale R D garage. Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving & IMS Enforcement:
    Serve as the first touchpoint for all incoming AV hardware. Unbox, inspect, label, and scan palletized freight into our Inventory Management System with zero errors.
  • Component Fulfillment & Outbound Shipping:
    Pick, pack, and prepare discrete, individual components for shipment to our third-party vehicle assembly partners (e.g., Roush). You will fulfill specific hardware requests based on varying upfitter processes, ensuring absolute BOM (Bill of Materials) and serial number traceability before boxes leave the dock.
  • Warehouse Organization & RMA:
    Maintain a clean, secure, and highly organized warehouse footprint. Lead the physical Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, repackaging and shipping defective parts back to suppliers as needed.
  • Cross-Site Coordination:
    Fulfill daily part requests from the Sunnyvale R D garage. You will coordinate with your counterpart in Sunnyvale to prep inventory transfers and occasionally drive parts down to the garage mid-day to unblock the engineering team. Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years in warehouse operations, high-value inventory control, or logistics fulfillment.
  • Detail-obsessed with a strong background in using warehouse/inventory management systems (FleetIO, ERPs) and scanning hardware.
  • Equipment & Safety:
    Active forklift certification or prior experience operating forklifts/pallet jacks is highly preferred for managing heavy freight. Must be willing to undergo employer-sponsored training upon hire if uncertified.
  • Location Flexibility:
    Valid driver's license required. While your primary base is San Francisco, you must be willing to occasionally travel to our Sunnyvale R D garage to deliver critical components or assist with local site needs.
  • Capable of safely lifting heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and managing a physical warehouse floor.
Pay:
$30.00
