Our team is focused on efficiency, clear communication, and reliable delivery. We are looking for a Logistics Associate who is fluent in Mandarin to support daily coordination with our overseas suppliers.

Position Summary:

The Logistics Associate will serve as the primary point of contact with our suppliers in China, managing communication, tracking production timelines, and coordinating international shipments. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate daily with China-based suppliers in Mandarin (written and verbal) Manage production schedules and follow up to ensure deadlines are met Coordinate air and ocean shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders Review and verify shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) Track orders from production through final delivery Resolve delays, discrepancies, and quality issues in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of orders, communications, and shipment status Collaborate with internal teams to provide updates on inventory and timelines

Qualifications:
