• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Accurately and efficiently take customer orders
• Prepare ice cream, Blizzards, cakes, and other menu items
• Assist with stocking and inventory organization
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Support team members and assist with daily operations Requirements & Qualifications Required
• Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
• Must meet minimum legal working age requirements
• Ability to lift and carry 25-40 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store at all times
• Dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts
• Regularly review work schedules and respond to important communications in a timely manner Preferred
• 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred
• Experience in Dairy Queen, ice cream shops, boba shops, fast food, cafés, bakeries, or restaurant environments
• Comfortable with cleaning, stocking, taking orders, and multitasking
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with customers and team members
• Friday evening and weekend availability strongly preferred
• Seeking stable, long-term employment (1 year or longer strongly preferred) Additional Expectations
• Team members are expected to help maintain store cleanliness throughout the entire shift, not only during designated cleaning times
• Willingness to assist with opening duties, closing duties, cleaning tasks, stocking, and other team responsibilities
• Communicate schedule conflicts or availability changes in advance
• Maintain a professional attitude while providing excellent customer service
