Full Job Description Overview:

Distribution Specialists take ownership for all aspects of picking orders and shipping products to consumers as well as receiving/stocking inbound products onto shelves, performing cycle counts and other related duties: order selection, packing orders for shipment, shipping packages, and stocking and organizing warehouse shelves.

Hours:

Business hours are generally 7:00 am

• 8:00 pm during weekdays (Monday through Friday) and 7:00 am
• 4:00 pm on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). The incumbent anticipated work schedule will be eight (8.0) hour shifts during one of the following three options below:
• Wednesday through Tuesday
• Tuesday through Saturday
• Sunday through

Thursday Important:

Every employee must be able to work at least one weekend day each week. The ability to work entire weekends (both Sunday and Saturday) is highly preferred.

Total target compensation is estimated to be $38,000.00 annually (not including overtime and potential bonuses).

Career development trajectory include:

Distribution Specialist I

• starting rate $18.25 per hour. Distribution Specialist II
• pay rate $18.50 (promotion to this level expected within 60 days) Distribution Specialist III
• pay rate $19.25 per hour. Possible consideration for further promotions to Specialist IV, Generalist I or II with higher compensation. On the first day of employment, you earn Personal Time Off (PTO) at 6% actual hours worked
• this equates to approximately 120.0 hours of PTO per calendar year for full time hours worked. Three (3) paid holidays
• Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Benefits eligibility
• full time employees become eligible for company sponsored benefit the 1st of the month following their start date.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Order picking. Packing orders for shipment. Shipping packages. Stocking and organizing warehouse shelves. Must have the ability to use handhelds and scanners as well as input basic computer entries. Must be comfortable using rolling, 12-foot ladders for order picking and product put-away. Will frequently lift 30-pounds and occasionally lift up to 60-pounds.
