Job Description

About the Role We are seeking professional independent contractor teams to manage final-mile logistics and expert product installation. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing seamless delivery and precise assembly for high-end home and fitness equipment. Responsibilities Coordinate the pickup of goods from distribution centers or retail locations. Execute final-mile delivery to residential addresses with a focus on safety and efficiency. Perform professional-grade assembly and installation of fitness gear, basketball systems, and outdoor structures following manufacturer guidelines. Utilize mobile technology to document job progress, capture proof of delivery, and finalize service records. Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure product functionality and customer approval. Manage your own schedule by selecting service opportunities that align with your team's specific capabilities and equipment. Required Skills Proven experience as a two-person delivery and assembly team. Reliable access to a commercial vehicle (truck or van) and professional-grade tools. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings. Familiarity with mobile applications for job management and digital reporting. Preferred Skills Active EIN and demonstrated compliance with DOT regulations. Existing Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting industry standards. Experience with complex mechanical assembly, such as in-ground basketball hoops or large fitness equipment. Strong problem-solving skills to handle on-site installation challenges.
