We are looking for a self-starting individual that can work independently and take pride and ownership in their work. While some work can be done from home, this is primarily a part-time (25-30) hours per week, in-office position at our facility near Wadsworth / 6th Avenue. Depending on performance, this position has the potential to become full-time with competitive benefits. The support position will split time supporting accounting and logistical functions through activities such as: light bookkeeping duties in the Quickbooks Enterprise environment; coordination of shipping activities to major retailer and wholesaler accounts; light packaging and shipping of small packages, light inventory stocking and limited storage area upkeep (we do have biweekly cleaning service); communicating with certain customers regarding issues with internet fulfillment of on-line sales; miscellaneous tasks and occasional errands in the metro area (reliable transportation is a requirement and good driving record). Must be able to lift 20 pounds (packages for shipping); Familiarity with Salesforce is very helpful.

Summary:

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week with some flexibility as to schedule [no nights or weekends required] 401(k) with company matching [after initial period]

Sick Time Hourly Rate:

$25 to $30 commensurate with experience and education. Be prepared to answer specific questions on accounting concepts during an interview.
