You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain architecture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving long-term value through strategic vendor partnerships. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies that enhance cost efficiency, mitigate supply chain risks, and elevate overall supplier performance. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of domestic and international supplier relationships, specifically for high-precision components. Execute complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, consistent quality, and reliable delivery schedules. Leverage ERP/MRP systems to maintain high visibility into procurement operations and ensure alignment with production and inventory requirements. Direct supplier development programs to minimize nonconformances and improve process reliability across the manufacturing chain. Ensure rigorous adherence to ITAR, FAR, and DFARS regulatory frameworks while managing geopolitical supply chain risks. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 8+ years of professional experience in manufacturing procurement with a focus on global sourcing. Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, specifically within aerospace or defense sectors. Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP software and data-driven procurement analytics. Strong negotiation, project management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. Preferred Skills Master's degree in a relevant field. Deep understanding of metal market trends and raw material cost structures. Proven track record in driving supplier quality improvements and process standardization.
