Livingston, NJ Scope:
The Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between IVF centers, patients, and internal CooperGenomics teams. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of patient samples from clinic partners worldwide, ensuring documentation and case acceptance requirements are satisfied, supporting patient and clinic communication, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the testing journey. Weekend and evening on-call rotations are required.
