• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Analyst fluent in both English and Spanish to join our procurement team.

In this role, you will oversee procurement activities, coordinate supply chain operations, and ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services essential for production. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, demand planning, and supply chain management principles. Duties Manage procurement processes using ERP systems to ensure accurate purchase orders and timely delivery of materials. Collaborate with production planning and demand planning teams to forecast material requirements and optimize inventory levels. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to streamline supply chain operations and resolve any procurement issues. Monitor inventory levels, track order statuses, and adjust procurement strategies based on production needs and demand fluctuations. Maintain comprehensive records of purchase transactions, supplier contacts, and contract documentation for audit compliance. Assist in evaluating supplier performance, negotiating terms, and developing vendor relationships to enhance supply chain efficiency. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and production planning. Familiarity with procurement procedures and logistics coordination. Ability to analyze data related to purchasing trends, inventory levels, and supplier performance. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external vendors. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
