This role is critical to ensuring our Foreign Trade Zone warehouse operations remain fully compliant with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations while supporting our cross-border supply chain across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will serve as the operational backbone of our FTZ compliance program — managing admissions, exports, inventory reconciliation, and acting as the primary liaison with CBP officers, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with CBP regulations, managing FTZ admissions, exports, and all related documentation Reconcile FTZ inventory against internal ERP/WMS systems and conduct regular cycle counts Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records, entry filings, and zone-restricted merchandise documentation Act as primary point of contact for CBP officers, customs brokers, FTZ grantees, and internal supply chain teams Prepare documentation for annual physical inventories, activity reports, and customs audits Place and manage purchase orders in the system; quote logistics services for pickups and deliveries Track and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery and compliance at every stage Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in international supply chain, trade compliance, or logistics Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes, and FTZ Board requirements Proficiency in WMS and/or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Exceptional attention to detail with strong cross-functional communication skills Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize deadlines Bilingual English/Spanish required High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business preferred What We Offer Fast-paced, high-growth international distribution environment Exposure to multi-country LATAM trade operations Collaborative team with strong systems infrastructure (NetSuite
