Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. InGenesis is currently seeking a Medical Logistics Technician to assist in organizing and managing the medical supplies at Eglin AFB. Primary responsibilities include a variety of duties in a warehouse/Office environment such as receiving and storing supplies and equipment, fulfilling, and delivering supply requisitions, verifying quantities against shipping documents, transporting supplies to various locations within the facility, and providing timely, professional customer service to medical staff and vendor representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and distribute medical supplies, equipment, and furniture across the medical facility and outlying buildings.
- Coordinate transportation and scheduling for turn-in of unserviceable items per DRMO policy.
- Support vehicle maintenance tasks including inspections, fueling, and cleanliness.
- Perform logistics functions across multiple areas: equipment management, acquisitions, contracts, inventory, and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, process requisitions, and resolve discrepancies using DMLSS and other systems.
- Research cost-effective substitutes and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in reducing backorders and correcting data errors.
- Support the Medical Equipment Management Office (MEMO) with equipment accountability, procurement coordination, and inventory reconciliation.
- Conduct equipment inventories and ensure compliance with Air Force regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned
