Duties Summary Resolve field issues, manage returns, warranties, and parts by coordinating with clients, vendors, and sales team Process reorders, shipments back to vendor, track credits Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand Maintain and update records in company software to include item entry and price revision Maintain replenishable and non-replenishable stock catalogs for company reference Manage stock and liquidation inventory
  • maintain quantity, tag for projects, and organize Engage with customers in-person and via phone and email communications to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track progress on varying aspects of job duties Experience 2+ years of experience in decorative plumbing, architectural hardware, building materials, or related construction/plumbing supply industry required Experience working with luxury custom home builders, interior designers, architects, or contractors highly desirable Prior warehouse, showroom operations, or construction supply experience preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability keep our relationship with both the client and the vendor in mind Proven experience resolving field issues, managing returns, warranties, and vendor credits Experience with inventory management, and physical inventory control Familiarity with managing replenishable and non-replenishable stock Experience processing purchase orders, reorders, and coordinating vendor shipments Experience maintaining accurate pricing, item setup, and database records Excellent communication skills, including professional, phone, and email etiquette Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently and timely
