Role:

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized individual to join our team as a Event Logistics Assistant. This is an entry-level, career bound position, aimed at training the right person to become a team lead within 6-9 months! In this role, you will be an integral part of creating magical wedding experiences.

You will be responsible for:

•

Event Setup & Breakdown :

Assisting with the setup and breakdown of wedding rentals on the beach, including arbors, seating, lighting, tables, and other equipment. This requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. •

Driving & Delivery :

Safely transporting equipment to and from event locations using a box truck or truck and trailer. A clean driving record and experience with larger vehicles is essential. •

Warehouse Operations :

Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse. This includes receiving and processing returns, preparing equipment for upcoming events, and performing general maintenance tasks. •

Inventory Management :

Assisting with inventory control, ensuring all items are properly accounted for and in good condition. •

Customer Interaction :

Providing exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients and vendors on-site and addressing any questions or concerns. •

Team Leadership :

We are looking for someone with the potential to grow into a leadership role, overseeing a team of setup and delivery personnel.

Qualifications:

Physical Fitness:

Must be able to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 50 lbs). •

Clean Driving Record:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving history with experience driving larger vehicles (box truck or truck and trailer). •

Strong Work Ethic:

Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work. •

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors. •

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. •

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Able to think critically and find solutions to challenges that may arise during setup and delivery. •
