Elaboración de la declaración de Exportacion (AES) y generar su EEI para la carga de exportación 5. Preparation of the Export Declaration (AES) and generate your EEI for the export cargo 6. Revisar y dar trazabilidad a los documentos como (Guía , DG, Order-Factura) y su prioridad, para la debida gestión. 6. Review and trace documents such as (Guide, DG, Order-Invoice) and their priority, for proper management. 7. Conocimientos de la regulación de exportación de los estados Unidos 7. Knowledge of United States export regulations 8. Conocimientos de Material Peligroso 8. Knowledge of Hazardous Material 9.Tramitar y monitorear los shipment solicitados en sistema AMOS y FF, Aerolíneas 9. Process and monitor the shipment requested in the AMOS and FF system, Airlines 10. Archivar la documentación de éstos procesos por el periodo establecido por la ley. 10. File the documentation of these processes for the period established by law. 11. Asegurar la entrega de la mercancía tanto de importación como de exportación al área interesada. 11. Ensure the delivery of both import and export merchandise to the interested area. 12. Controlar las licencias de químicos, textiles, mercurio, aluminio que se solicitaron en los países de destino para despacharlas cuando estén aprobadas 12 Control the chemical, textile, mercury, aluminum licenses that were requested in the destination countries to dispatch them when they are approved 13.
