8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Coordinate transportation of cargo from origin to final destination. Communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals. Communicate effectively with account agents to accommodate client instructions. Responsible for streamlining ocean inbound and outbound freight. Manage operations to ensure timely delivery via Ocean, Land, and Air. Generate shipping documentation. Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Provide different types of quotations to customers and send invoices for completed cases. Provide the billing team with documentation from beginning to end of all involved transactions, including trucking, air freight, fees, etc. Cover operations for co-loading, intercompany shipments, and transfer billing cases. Create daily inventory, ensuring the data is accurate and matches other reports. Manage, monitor, and drive improvements to achieve high customer service goals by providing on-time delivery, controlling product lead times, responding to customer requests, and serving as the main point of contact. Communicate, report, and support high-volume customer accounts to eliminate constraints, meet objectives, and maintain excellent relationships. Responsible for streamlining inbound and outbound freight and managing operations to ensure timely delivery via Ocean, Land, and Air. Plan, analyze, and compare service costs; update, trace, and track shipment status for selected suppliers and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Supply Chain function. Develop performance metrics to manage and evaluate the operating performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration models. Manage organizational goals by considering timelines, budgets, and Business Unit objectives. Work side by side with the Pricing Department and maintain strong relationships with industry vendors. Skills and Requirements High school diploma/GED required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Excellent computer and database management skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
