Vendor Management Administrator

Credit Union Park Avenue Group, a division of Angott Search Group, is partnering with a $1B credit union in Florida in the search for a Vendor Management Administrator. The Vendor Management Administrator will oversee and maintain the organization's Vendor Management Program, ensuring required documentation, assessments, due diligence, and risk reviews are completed and maintained. This role works closely with senior leadership, relationship managers, Information Security, vendors, and internal teams to support vendor compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Vendor Management Program and vendor management system.

Coordinate due diligence reviews for new and existing vendor relationships.

Work with relationship owners and managers to assess vendor risk and maintain current vendor information.

Review vendor security documentation, including SOC reports and related controls, and report findings to management.

Maintain vendor contracts, agreements, documentation, and tracking systems.

Coordinate with vendors and third parties to obtain required documentation and contracts.

Prepare annual due diligence reports and support vendor management reporting during audits.

Train and support relationship managers on vendor management processes and systems.

Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes and procedures.

Serve as a backup for helpdesk functions and perform other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED and associate's degree required; bachelor's degree in computer science or a technology-related field preferred.

3+ years of financial services experience in a technology setting.

2+ years of vendor management experience.

Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and project management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Understanding of contracts and vendor documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; intermediate Excel skills preferred.

Knowledge of applicable financial services regulations and compliance requirements is preferred. Job # 2422 Share
