Warehouse / Logistics Specialist - Miami, FL Job Description Audio Advice is one of the fastest-growing audio and home technology companies in the U.S. For more than 40 years, we have helped customers create exceptional home entertainment and technology experiences through high-performance audio, home theater, lighting, automation, networking, and other integrated home technology solutions. We are seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Specialist to join our Miami team. This position plays an important role in supporting our installation operations by receiving products, maintaining accurate inventory, picking and staging equipment for upcoming projects, and ensuring our installation teams have the correct products ready when they leave for customer job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position works closely with our installation, project management, sales, and operations teams. Position Responsibilities Project Fulfillment & Staging Efficiently pick products and equipment for scheduled installation projects Stage equipment by project so installation teams have the correct products available for each job Verify product quantities, model numbers, and project documentation to ensure accuracy before equipment leaves the warehouse Assist installation teams with loading and unloading equipment as needed Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect products before installation teams depart for the job site Proactively communicate inventory or product availability concerns to the appropriate team members Inbound Receiving Accurately perform physical receiving tasks, including verifying deliveries, inspecting packaging, and counting items to ensure inventory is correctly received and stored Follow established processes to record received inventory and document discrepancies between the products ordered and products received Properly label, organize, and place received products into appropriate warehouse locations Proactively communicate with management regarding receiving or inventory concerns Inventory Control Accurately count and process inventory by location, unit count, barcode, and product type during inventory reconciliation and receiving activities Help maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse locations Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities Investigate and communicate inventory discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with other warehouse activities and special projects as needed Returns & Product Handling Assist with processing products returned from customer projects or installation teams Ensure returned products are properly identified, documented, and placed in the appropriate inventory or return location Assist with defective product and RMA processes as needed Position Requirements Picking, packing, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate, high-quality work Ability to follow instructions from management, supervisors, project teams, and co-workers Ability to make sound decisions while following established company procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to accurately complete required documentation Ability to stand, crouch, walk, and kneel throughout the workday and regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
