Position Overview:
As a Logistics Associate at Goldflower, you will play a vital role in our operations team, supporting various aspects of inventory management, transportation, logistics, and compliance within the cannabis industry. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to established procedures. Flexibly assist other departments as required by business needs. Label and distribute products based on delivery hub and dispensary inventory requirements and forecasts. Drive vehicles between production and dispensary locations, transporting bulk and finished goods as per company directives. Support inventory control measures to uphold accuracy. Conduct regular seed-to-sale tag audits and inventory cycle counts for packaging, finished goods, and bulk materials. Assist in maintaining compliance with seed-to-sale tracking requirements. Input necessary data into the seed-to-sale system for compliance purposes under the guidance of the Operations Lead. Assist in maintaining operational quality control standards. Promptly report any product quality or safety concerns to the Operations management team. Help maintain cleanliness and safety in operational areas and vehicles. Report maintenance-related issues to the Operations Manager promptly.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in operations or related fields. Familiarity with inventory management and compliance processes is advantageous. Basic proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft applications. Familiarity with seed-to-sale tracking systems is a plus. Ability to manage intricate details within operational processes. Commitment to upholding and improving quality standards. Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 25 years old or older and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Experience:
Must have a clean driving record, and be able to pass motor vehicle history report and background check per state cannabis regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in legal cannabis is a plus.

Wednesday - Sunday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
