Shift:
Monday through Friday—7 to 3:30 Occasional weekend and holiday work may be required. This is a salaried (exempt) position. Participates in product conversions in conjunction with leadership, communicating to the team and clinicians and ensuring product conversions related to inventory and par areas are completed timely in the materials system, updating pars, labels, and order sheets as needed. Conducts regular rounding with customers, building relationships, and ensuring customer service excellence. Other duties as assigned. Manages designated day-to-day supply chain activities related to receiving, inventory management, and distribution, implementing improvement plans as identified through observation and/or data. Implements internal controls and reporting to track and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, processes, and contracts related to assigned responsibilities. Leads a team of supply chain staff members; interviews, selects, and trains new team members as needed and provides ongoing communication with staff members to maximize retention. Establishes tracking and process improvement activities to ensure customer service excellence. Assesses development needs of team members and provides staff development opportunities. Develops and implements policy and procedures for logistics operations. Manages the logistics administrative functions related to the staff, expense management, budget, and operations for assigned area/team. Works closely with the supply chain leadership to implement supply chain strategy at the facility. Maintains relationships with leadership of related departments; provides feedback to those departments on behalf of team members working collaboratively to resolve issues. Utilizes materials system reports to optimize inventory and replenishment levels and tracks performance to established benchmarks and targets.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exhibits a strong understanding of supply chain logistics operations [Required]
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing [Required]
- Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel [Required]
- Demonstrated competence using materials management/ERP systems, including PeopleSoft [Required]
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical/functional departments and hospital operations [Required]
- Ability to build and lead a team of people [Required]
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial results and develop plans to address areas of underperformance [Required]
- 2 years in healthcare supply chain [Required]
- Ability to access and operate Premier Database [Preferred]
- Proficient using PeopleSoft MMIS [Preferred]
- Demonstrated success in logistics environment [Preferred]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]

Nursing Education, Nursing Leadership, Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Clinical Nurse Specialist Work Experience:
- 1+ peoplesoft experience [Preferred]
- 2+ healthcare supply chain [Required]

- An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience OR
- Associates degree and 4+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent and 6+ years of experience.

Pay Range:
$60,151.66- $111,886.
