SECURITY SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

- Based in Orlando Visionary Systems is looking for a technically minded Security Solutions Specialist to support our field operations and ensure our security systems are programmed to the highest standards. Technical Support & System Configuration Provide technical support to field technicians during installations, troubleshooting and service activities. Assist with remote diagnostics, configuration, and problem resolution. Configure and stage security systems including: Access Control Systems; Video Surveillance Systems; Networking Equipment; Associated low voltage technologies Prepare and verify equipment prior to deployment Warehouse & Inventory Management Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness Manage inventory counts, stock levels, and material organization Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Ensure materials, equipment and tools are properly labeled, stored and tracked Procurement & Receiving Support purchasing and procurement activities for equipment, materials, and supplies Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy Process receiving documentation and maintain organized records Coordinate material availability to support project schedules Pricing Catalog Management Maintain and update internal pricing catalogs and product databases Verify manufacturer pricing accuracy and keep product information current Assist with material cost tracking and pricing standardization Fleet & Vehicle Management Oversee company fleet organization, maintenance scheduling, and operational readiness Manage service records, registrations, inspections, and vehicle upkeep Maintain technician van organization, stocking standards, cleanliness, and equipment readiness Ensure vehicles remain properly inventoried and deployment ready Qualifications Experience in low voltage security systems, networking, access control, surveillance, or related technologies Outstanding communication skills Technical aptitude with system configuration and troubleshooting Experience with procurement, receiving, or warehouse operations Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and inventory management skills Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory software, or ERP systems is a plus Valid driver's license is required Preferred Experience Access Control Platforms Video Management Systems (VMS) Networking fundamentals Inventory or warehouse management systems Fleet coordination or logistics management
