Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Add data and maintain data integrity in Sysco's export shipping system (SUS
  • Export Module)
  • Create export A/F documents.
Update and maintain data that is presented to inside customers. Administers procedures to ensure near zero nonconformance with carrier rates. Assure accurate and timely billing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collects, analyzes and maintains legal import documentation requirements by country in Caribbean, Central and South America. CA/SA documentation
  • Create export documents / track and trace shipments. A/F Logistics
  • Make decisions on air carrier to be used and book accordingly. Add data and maintain data integrity in Sysco's export shipping system (SUS
  • Export Module)

  • log shipments and track and trace shipments.
Assist Import and Foreign to Foreign department. Assist Export Logistics as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education HS diploma (or equivalent)
  • 2yr of higher education preferred ​ Experience 2 year of international documentation experience Professional Skills English (Spanish a plus), Proficient in all Microsoft products.
