• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, contribute to forecasting, and assist with planning activities.
• Oversee order management and support credit management processes.
• Participate in assembly-related tasks within the supply chain.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to achieve operational goals.
• Contribute to general teamwork and special projects, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to problem-solving.
• Utilize reporting systems to analyze data and inform decision-making, gaining hands-on experience with diverse supply chain generalist tasks.

• Qualifications:

• Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 12 months, with no more than a 5-month gap in education history.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity software, including tools for spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, and communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form robust cross-functional relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• High cross-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

• Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• An Engineering degree.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Compensation:

• The target hiring compensation for this role is $22 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
