  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
  • Shop Office Coordinator
  • to support daily warehouse operations in our Bradenton facility. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on warehouse support, ensuring operations run efficiently and inventory remains fully stocked. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both at a desk and on the warehouse floor.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Maintain adequate stock levels of supplies and goods within the warehouse + Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed + Assist with shipping operations, including preparing and applying outbound labels + Support outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments + Document and maintain shipment procedures and operational processes + Provide general administrative support related to warehouse operations + Assist team members on the warehouse floor during busy periods + Ensure organization and cleanliness of workspaces and inventory areas •Work Environment•+ Active role requiring movement throughout the facility + Must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting/light material handling throughout the shift + Combination of office and warehouse environment •Qualifications•+ Previous experience in warehouse coordination, shipping/receiving, or administrative support preferred + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Basic computer skills (inventory or shipping systems a plus) + Ability to be on your feet for extended periods •What We Offer•+ Competitive hourly pay ($19-$20/hr) + Consistent full-time schedule with no weekends + Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance + Stable, team-oriented work environment •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
