Schedule:
Monday- Friday. 8a-5p, with some flexibility. Hybrid - Monday through Thursday onsite; Friday remote This position will primarily focus on fleet and facilities management, supporting procurement activities, fleet asset tracking, vendor coordination, invoice processing, reporting, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities related to fleet and facilities management, including facility service scheduling, fleet asset tracking, and vendor communication. Utilize multiple systems, including
SAP, AVL
(Automatic Vehicle Location), and fleet management platforms such as Holman/ARI, to monitor and track fleet operations and facilities data. Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) according to company policies and operational requirements. Track invoices from submission through payment, ensuring proper documentation, accurate coding, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Coordinate with Finance teams and vendors to ensure accurate and timely invoice payments. Maintain organized records of procurement, fleet, facilities, vendor, and financial transactions to support compliance and audit requirements. Generate and analyze routine and ad hoc reports related to fleet utilization, expenses, facility operations, and overall supply chain performance. Assist with budget tracking and cost-control initiatives related to fleet and facility expenditures. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, procurement procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Communicate with internal stakeholders, field management, suppliers, dealerships, and other external partners. Serve as a backup coordinator for the Supply Chain department and provide cross-functional support as needed. Support supplier management activities involving vendors such as Holman, AssetWORKS AVL, vehicle dealerships, and other service providers .
Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience. Experience creating purchase requisitions, tracking invoices, and supporting payment processing. Familiarity with ERP systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers. Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Experience supporting fleet management, facilities coordination, supply chain operations, or administrative operations. Hands-on administrative experience with SAP. Experience with AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) systems. Experience with fleet management platforms such as Holman/ARI or AssetWORKS. Knowledge of procurement regulations and contractual terms. Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle. Experience with budget tracking, expense reporting, and cost-control activities. Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
