Job Description

Job Overview ZenFlight is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining Flight Coordination, Executive Assistance, and Accounting Administration. This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of tasks, and contribute directly to the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced aviation company. Responsibilities Coordinate and support flight operations and scheduling activities Provide executive-level administrative support to company leadership Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Prepare and enter journal entries Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Perform extensive data entry and database management Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools Assist with client communications and operational logistics Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed Experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Accounts Payable (A/P) Accounts Receivable (A/R) Journal Entries General Ledger concepts Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks Aviation industry experience or knowledge preferred, but not required
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
