Job Description

Florida Film and STEM Academy is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Global Programs Logistics Assistant to support the planning and delivery of our international educational travel programs. Working alongside our logistics team, you will assist with coordinating student travel, organizing program documentation, communicating with participants and partners, and supporting program operations both in the office and on-site during domestic and international programs. Applicants should be prepared for occasional physically demanding work, including lifting equipment, loading materials, standing, walking, and supporting on-site program operations. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, organization, and working behind the scenes to create life-changing experiences for students. Full training will be given. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of international student travel programs. Compile, verify, and maintain participant information, travel documents, and program records. Prepare travel itineraries, operational documents, rooming lists, checklists, and program materials. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, attractions, and program partners. Communicate professionally with students, parents, schools, and international partners. Support logistics before, during, and after each program. Assist with inventory, shipping, and preparation of program equipment and materials. Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Programs team. Travel with student groups on domestic and international programs as required. Be available to assist during evenings, weekends, and peak travel periods. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Valid passport with the ability and willingness to travel internationally. Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 background check. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule with the ability to work outside standard business hours when programs require. Professional, positive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
