As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting fleet maintenance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$40/hour What's the Job? Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle repair times in collaboration with the scheduling team. Monitor fleet health by reviewing open vehicle issues and developing action plans for resolution. Maintain accurate records of vehicle health, repairs, and technical documentation to support fleet operations. Support reporting efforts by creating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline hardware and software handoffs, ensuring smooth fleet operations. What's Needed? 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced service or automotive environment. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for the role. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and fundamentals. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across various departments. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record. What's in it for me?
