Position Overview MMS is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for long-term employment opportunities. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Maintain and repair conveyor systems and warehouse equipment Repair warehouse storage racks as needed Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Complete maintenance work orders within the CMMS system Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Assist with workstation setup and organization Remove trash, recyclables, and break down boxes as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Equipment Maintained Conveyor systems Warehouse material handling equipment Electric motors Pumps and drives Electrical panels Building maintenance systems Requirements Qualifications 1-3+ years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities Experience maintaining conveyor systems Forklift operating experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Hands-on maintenance duties Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working on ladders and elevated platforms Overtime opportunities available Apply Today We're actively interviewing and hiring immediately.
