The Logistics Coordinatoris responsible for coordinating the daily movement of domestic truckload (TL), partial truckload, and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments within a fast-paced freight brokerage environment. This role manages shipments from pickup through final delivery, serving as the primary point of communication between carriers, drivers, customers, shippers, receivers, and internal teams. The Logistics Coordinator helps ensure freight is transported safely, legally, on time, and within budget while delivering exceptional customer service. Howyou will be successful Coordinate domestic truck shipments, including full truckload (FTL), partial truckload, and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers, drivers, shippers, receivers, warehouses, and customers. Monitor and track shipments throughout transit using transportation management systems (TMS), GPS tracking, carrier updates, phone, and email communications. Providetimelyandaccurate shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Build andmaintainstrong working relationships with carriers, dispatchers, drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel. Support carrier sourcing, capacity planning, rate requests, and load coverage to meet daily transportation needs. Escalate transportation issues promptly and collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve problems while minimizing service impacts. Verify carrier compliance with company standards, including operating authority, insurance coverage, safety ratings, and onboarding requirementsAccurately enter,maintain, and update shipment information within the company's transportation management system. Respond to customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and assistin resolving transportation-related concerns. Whatyou will bring.
