Duluth, GA Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $70,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications General freight transportation Logistics cargo handling Operational analysis Data analysis skills Order shipping Dispatching Continuous improvement Shipping and receiving inventory management Process management Quality data entry Shipping documentation Full Job Description Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities 1) Coordinate transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries. 2) Manage freight shipments by dispatching carriers, tracking shipments. and maintaining accurate data entry in various systems 3) Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety standards. 4) Utilize analysis skills to monitor logistics performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. 5) Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams. Requirement 1) Proven experience with transportation planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain management. 2) Familiarity with transportation management systems. 3) Strong analysis skills for evaluating logistics data and making informed decisions. 4) Proficiency in data entry 5) Knowledge of freight handling, shipping & receiving procedures, freight forwarding.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
