Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will coordinate production schedules, manage inventory levels, and streamline supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help optimize manufacturing workflows, support demand planning, and maintain accurate records within our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP and Oracle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where efficiency and precision drive success. Duties Oversee production planning activities by utilizing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to align supply chain operations with manufacturing demands. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Maintain accurate inventory control and management records, including stock levels, reorder points, and cycle counts. Monitor and update production schedules within ERP systems like SAP and Oracle to reflect real-time changes and forecasts. Must have 2 years experience in SAP Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for Lean manufacturing practices that reduce waste and improve productivity. Support demand forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and market trends to optimize supply chain responsiveness. Generate reports on inventory status, production progress, and supply chain performance for management review. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, including modules related to production planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices aimed at continuous improvement. Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for effective production scheduling. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control processes accurately and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
