full-time Are you the type of person who loves turning chaos into a plan? Do you enjoy balancing schedules, solving material shortages, and keeping production moving? We're partnering with a growing electronics manufacturing company in Lilburn, GA that is looking for a Production Planner to play a critical role in keeping customer orders on track and production running efficiently. In this position, you'll be the bridge between Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management, and the production floor. You'll own production schedules, monitor material availability, manage priorities, and help ensure products ship on time. What You'll Be Doing Create and maintain production schedules to support customer delivery commitments Release and prioritize work orders across manufacturing operations Monitor material availability and drive resolution of shortages before they impact production Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to keep programs on track Manage work-in-process (WIP) flow and help balance production capacity Support new product introductions and engineering changes Track key metrics including on-time delivery, schedule attainment, and backlog performance Maintain accurate planning and scheduling data within the ERP system Provide visibility into production status, risks, and recovery plans What We're Looking For 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, materials planning, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with ERP/MRP systems Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving Preferred Experience Electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCBA, aerospace, defense, or medical device manufacturing Experience planning SMT, through-hole, test, assembly, or related manufacturing processes Familiarity with Cetec ERP, monday.com, or similar systems Exposure to AS9100 or ISO-regulated manufacturing environments

APICS/CPIM
