Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide. HX5 is currently seeking an Acquisition Logistician to join our team at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, in support of the Mobility Aircraft Program Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with coordinating all logistics elements including spares, Support Equipment (SE), training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning to ensure all integrated logistics support requirements for the program are identified and tailored. Perform as key participant in developing long term weapon system supportability approaches that further the Government's acquisition strategy goals and objectives. Perform analyses of sustainment or related Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues and recommend suitable replacements. Provide support to accomplish the generation and review of logistics support documentation that includes the following: Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Technical Orders (TOs), technical manuals, electronic technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, and work specifications to ensure the documentation meets Government logistics support requirements. Assist with planning, managing, and coordinating Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) for a fleet of aircraft. Integrate supply, procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance to field and sustain depot level and field level TCTOs.
Education and Experience:
Must have the following education and experience: High School with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience. OR Bachelor's Degree with ten (10) years of relevant experience and three (3) years of DoD experience.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance date. Must be able to travel, including air travel.
