About ProVision Solar Founded in 1998, ProVision Solar is one of Hawaii's longest-standing and most trusted solar and energy storage integrators. We look forward to welcoming a new member to our Solar Ohana! Position Overview At ProVision Solar, taking care of our customers is our highest priority. The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in making that happen—acting as the main point of contact guiding our clients from contract signing all the way to system energization. In this role, you will quarterback every stage of the project pipeline: managing timelines, navigating utility and county approvals, coordinating installation crews, and keeping track of project inventory. Note:
This is a fully in-person position located on the Big Island. Candidates must currently reside locally to be considered.
Key Responsibilities Customer Care & Pipeline Management:
Serve as the dedicated guide for clients throughout their installation journey, providing regular updates at key milestones. Proactively address client questions, manage expectations, and resolve schedule delays or roadblocks.
Permitting & Utility Interconnection:
Submit, track, and manage documentation for HELCO utility interconnection, County building permits, and HOA approvals. Schedule local building inspections and coordinate official system commissioning/energization.
Crew Scheduling & Operations:
Plan and maintain master installation schedules for field crews and subcontractors. Facilitate regular pipeline meetings with management and design teams to ensure projects remain on time, within budget, and compliant with engineering plans.
Warehouse & Inventory Oversight:
Track, organize, and categorize project-specific materials and equipment. Ensure the warehouse remains organized and order long-lead inventory ahead of scheduled installs. Assist with post-project job costing and record completeness.
Qualifications Location:
Must currently reside on the Big Island of Hawaii .
Experience & Skills:
Strong background in project coordination, administrative logistics, or customer service (construction, renewable energy, or utility experience preferred). Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Clear, professional verbal and written communication style. Comfort using project tracking software, CRM systems, and spreadsheet tools.

Detail-oriented, team-first mindset, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Ability to work in-person Monday through Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). What We Offer Competitive Pay based on experience
