Job Overview Do you enjoy bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and making sure products reach customers on time? As a Logistics & Warranty Coordinator, you play a key role in coordinating shipments, managing logistics documentation, and supporting warranty and return processes. You will work closely with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Book and plan container shipments with freight forwarders.
- Track shipments and provide customers with shipment updates.
- Prepare and manage freight and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate warranty claims and return processes (RMAs).
- Track returned products and replacement orders.
- Maintain accurate logistics and warranty records.
- Identify, document, and follow up on shortages.
- Coordinate ordering and tracking of replacement materials when required.
- Work closely with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve shipment and warranty-related issues. Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer support, or administration.
- Experience working with freight documentation, transportation coordination, or shipment tracking is preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open items.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. What We Offer
