You will leverage your analytical mindset and technical proficiency to optimize inventory availability and drive operational excellence across our facilities. Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for purchased components, ensuring alignment between supplier output and internal production requirements. Drive supply chain efficiency by proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks in the procurement and delivery process. Maintain accurate records and status updates within enterprise resource planning systems to ensure real-time visibility of parts. Facilitate clear communication channels between internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain high service levels. Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards. Utilize advanced data management tools to track inventory levels and support strategic procurement decisions. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced capabilities in Excel for data reporting. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to manage vendor relationships effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on precision and reliability. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP software platforms. Prior experience in inventory control or parts management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proven track record of successful supplier coordination and logistics problem-solving.
