Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Additional education in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field is a plus Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems Experience Requirements Previous experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, dispatch, or office administration Experience with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, billing, and reporting preferred Knowledge of CDL driver logs, routing, fuel reconciliation, and DOT compliance reporting is highly desirable Experience maintaining databases, records, and transportation documentation Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Experience working with drivers, freight operations, or transportation management systems preferred Physical Capabilities Ability to work primarily in an office environment Extended periods of sitting, computer usage, and data entry Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines during a busy shift Job Duties Provide customer service support and respond to customer inquiries Perform general office administration, including data entry, reporting, filing, and record maintenance Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, billing, and collections activities Audit driver logs, trip reports, route documentation, and DOT compliance records Maintain driver files and transportation records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Assist with route book maintenance, driver communication, vacation coverage, and overflow freight coordination Track pallets, reconcile fuel records, and generate operational reports Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to resolve equipment requests and transportation-related issues Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot
