Job Description
Reporting to a Manager of Demand Planning, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop consensus forecasts and translate them into a detailed 18‑month operational forecast. You will focus on understanding volume drivers to improve forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and support actions that enable plan delivery. You will leverage analytical insights to drive business decisions and deliver meaningful results across the supply chain. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning forecast consensus process by partnering with sales, brand, supply chain, and finance teams to develop aligned forecast assumptions. Translate consensus forecasts into operational forecasts by working closely with production planning and deployment teams. Support successful customer promotion execution through planning and incorporation of customer event inputs. Forecast new product launches from concept through commercialization and production. Communicate forecast changes and ensure timely updates are shared with all partners. Measure forecast accuracy and lead continuous improvement efforts related to forecasting processes, systems, and tools. Support the annual planning process for designated brands. Analyze business trends, risks, and opportunities and present recommendations that drive alignment and informed decision-making. Identify key volume drivers and develop insights that improve forecast quality and business performance. Collaborate across functions to balance customer needs, operational capabilities, and financial objectives. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in consumer products forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with foundational statistical knowledge. Experience working within Sales and Operations Planning processes, customer planning and/or supply planning. Experience with forecasting applications, supply planning software, Blue Yonder, SAP, SAS, or similar tools. Experience with or knowledge of Circana, Retail Link, or other customer and syndicated data sources. Demonstrated project leadership and project management experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience presenting insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. Number of Days in
