Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activity Communicate with drivers, customers, dispatch, and operations teams Assist with scheduling, routing, load tracking, and service updates Help resolve delivery delays, equipment issues, and customer concerns Track shipments and update internal systems Support fleet, driver, and terminal operations Learn transportation operations, dispatch, and logistics planning Assist managers with process improvement and daily execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment Microsoft Excel / Office experience preferred Interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations Internship, athletics, military, customer service, dispatch, or leadership experience preferred
