  • Posted 23 days ago Apply Now Role Overview The Fleet Telematics Support Specialist ensures seamless operation of telematics devices and software across EMKAY fleets.
This role focuses on maintaining high adoption rates, troubleshooting devices, and supporting AI-driven and EV-related fleet initiatives to drive operational excellence. This role also co-owns the accurate processing and reconciliation of telematics-related billing to ensure operational and financial alignment. Key Responsibilities Provide remote and in-person support for telematics device installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Monitor device connectivity, alerts, and data integrity in real time. Assist fleet managers and drivers with dashboards, user groups, reporting, web portal functionality, and AI-driven insights. Escalate technical issues to vendors or IT teams as needed. Maintain documentation for device configurations, support processes, and fleet technology procedures. Support adoption of AI-driven and EV fleet initiatives, ensuring driver compliance and operational efficiency. Process and validate telematics-related invoices, ensuring alignment with contracted pricing, device counts, and service plans. Reconcile vendor billing against internal fleet records, identifying discrepancies in device activations, deactivations, and data usage. Track and maintain accurate records of billing status, including pending, approved, and disputed invoices. Partner with internal finance and operations teams to resolve billing inconsistencies in a timely manner. Support monthly invoice close processes by ensuring all telematics charges are accounted for and properly documented. Maintain documentation of billing workflows, reconciliation procedures, and vendor requirements. Assist in auditing telematics billing data to ensure accuracy across platforms and systems. Qualifications 1-3 years' experience in telematics support, IT, or fleet operations. Familiarity with telematics devices, fleet management software, and AI-assisted tools.
