Job Description
What You'll Need Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Basic math skills Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to follow instructions and solve problems in routine maintenance and operational situations while maintaining safety compliance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, and climbing stairs or ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications Technical education in a related field 1+ year of experience working in a distribution, warehouse, or industrial environment 1+ year s of experience with material handling and conveyance systems 1+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. Assessment Process Applicants will be asked to complete a basic math assessment covering foundational arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and order of operations. No advanced math knowledge is required . It is designed to ensure readiness and support long-term success within the RME pathway.
