Work Group:
  • Ensuring customer orders are accurately received, analyzed, and managed within the ERP system, providing the team with reliable demand visibility and execution-ready data.
This role reduces rework, prevents downstream disruptions, and enables smoother coordination between scheduling, production, and logistics. By maintaining order accuracy and clear material flow, the Logistics Analyst allows the broader team to focus on execution, responsiveness, and meeting customer commitments.

To support this expansion, Client's Energy business is focused on delivering reliable power solutions through Genset products for large-scale data center campuses. The Logistics Analyst plays a critical role in enabling this growth by serving as the link between customer demand and operational execution. In this role, you will receive customer orders, analyze demand requirements, and manage accurate order entry and fulfillment within Client's ERP systems. By ensuring orders are properly structured, visible, and executable, the Logistics Analyst helps protect customer commitments, support production planning, and enable on-time delivery in a fast-growing, high-impact market.
Typical task breakdown:
  • Process and analyze customer orders to ensure accurate and timely ERP execution
  • Maintain clean, execution-ready demand data to support scheduling and production Interaction with team:
  • Provide clear order visibility to cross-functional partners
  • Reduce rework and enable the team to focus on delivery performance and customer commitments
  • Identify and resolve order issues to prevent downstream disruptions Team Structure

  • Production Scheduler Work environment:
  • This position operates in a fast?
paced, cross?functional manufacturing environment within Client's Aftertreatment business. The role works closely with production scheduling, supply chain, logistics, and engineering teams to support order flow and execution. Daily work involves data analysis, ERP system interaction, and coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate demand visibility and smooth operational execution in support of customer and regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience Required:
  • Years of experience: 2+ years in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing

ERP / MRP
Systems Knowledge
  • Ability to manage, analyze, and maintain order and demand data within enterprise planning systems to enable execution readiness Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting to support order management and team decision?making Order Management
  • Experience managing end?
to?end customer orders, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and smooth handoff to scheduling and operations Additional Technical Skills (Required) Experience entering, maintaining, and updating customer orders in ERP systems Ability to analyze demand and identify order discrepancies or data gaps Understanding of manufacturing and logistics workflows (Desired) Exposure to supply chain planning, scheduling, or manufacturing environments Experience supporting cross functional teams (planning, production, logistics) Soft Skills (Required) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work effectively in a cross functional, fast paced environment Clear communication skills for sharing order status and issues (Desired) Problem solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate risks early Collaborative, team oriented approach to supporting operational execution
