Responsibilities:
Lead daily receiving, distribution, and inventory operations while ensuring efficient, reliable service delivery. Prioritize work assignments, allocate resources, and monitor performance to meet productivity and service goals. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development while coaching team members and addressing skill gaps. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on clear communication, trust, and accountability. Build strong partnerships across clinical, procurement, contracting, and value analysis teams to ensure seamless supply chain support. Serve as a key liaison between internal customers and operational teams, promoting proactive problem-solving and service improvements. Contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting while aligning supply chain operations with organizational priorities and service expectations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in supply chain or business required. In lieu of a degree, completion of coursework leading to a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business may be considered. Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license required. AUTOINS required when driving a personal vehicle. Certified Materials Resources Professional (AHRMM) preferred. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
