Supply Management Planner Location:
Rock Island, IL or Cary, NC Duration:
W2 Contract - 24
Months Schedule:
1st Shift - 40 hours per week, 8 hour days (Between 6:00 AM-5:00 PM) Standard first-shift schedule with minimal overtime, if required.
Work Arrangement:
On-Site Pay Rate:
$24.00 - $25.00/hr

Not available now or in the future Position Overview We are seeking a Supply Management Planner to support service parts planning and supply management activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of service parts by partnering with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts while monitoring key supply chain performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor service parts supply using tools such as SPERT , ZMDelinq , and SAP Lights . Collaborate with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts to ensure material availability and timely delivery. Track and manage key performance metrics, including: Fill Rate On-Time Delivery Flash/Backorder Cycle Time Past Due Orders Analyze supply chain performance and proactively address delivery concerns. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service parts planning and inventory management. Maintain accurate records and reporting within planning systems and databases. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of planning experience or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP . Previous contingent workforce experience supporting similar operations. Recent graduates with relevant education and internship experience may be considered. Additional Information Standard first-shift schedule with minimal overtime, if required. Position requires on-site attendance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
