Booth Co., LLC is a locally-owned and operated industrial automation sales company looking to hire their next full-time Logistics and Quality Control Associate. GEB is a major distributor of process instrumentation products and related services to customers in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be able to receive, store, order materials for warehouse, stockroom and/or storage while maintaining an organized working environment. A clean driving record required. This role comes with a competitive compensation plan and paid overtime as well as excellent benefits. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Â
  • Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouse or storage areas. Â
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms and other areas. Â
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Â
  • Receive and count stock items and record data manually or in computer system. Â
  • Mark stock items, using identification tags, stamps and electronic marking tools or other labeling equipment. Â
  • Prepare customer orders to be distributed. Â
  • Keep records, information and order details updated in electronic tracking system. Â
  • Keep historical records and compile reports. Â
  • All other duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements:
Â
  • Must be willing to travel locally and have a clean driving record Â
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse Â
  • Strong organizational, logistical and communication skills Â
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
