Job Description
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Wave Planner to work with a leading logistics company in Romeoville. This role is essential for ensuring efficient warehouse operations by managing picking waves, monitoring workflow distribution, and coordinating order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Shift patterns 1st shift: Sunday to Wednesday, 6 am to 4:30 pm Pay rates 21.00 USD hourly Requirements for Wave Planner Commute may not be more than 40 minutes Experience with warehouse equipment PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Role for Wave Planner Handle waves in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy prior to release Print and distribute picking documents in dispatch priority order Update and maintain wave plans, load sheets, and operational reports Monitor workflow and assign tasks to warehouse personnel as needed Coordinate with selectors and replenishment teams to ensure inventory is available for order fulfillment Benefits for Wave Planner Professional growth opportunities within a leading logistics environment Stable work schedule with consistent hours Collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence If you are looking to contact our onsite team, please visit the site locator on our website.
